Crexendo Buys One Stop Voice

Phoenix-based hosting company Crexendo said today that it has acquired the assets of One Stop Voice, which was based in Scottsdale. Financial details of the asset purchase were not disclosed. One Stop Voice provides cloud-based communications services. Crexendo said that it expects to add approximately $500,000 in annual revenues with the acquisition. One Stop Voice serves the small and medium sized business market.
