Convergint Technologies Buys Another Company, Post Browning

Denver-based Convergint, the private equity backed security, alarm, building automation, and systems integrator owned by KRG Fund, has acquired another company, Post Browning. Post Browning is a systems integrator providing consultation, installation, and maintenance for the retail banking industry. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Convergint said the buy is the 13th acquisition since it was acquired by KRG, and its first of 2017. Post Browning was founded in 1978.
