Control4 Expands Board

Salt Lake City-based Control4, the developer of home automation systems, has expanded its board of directors, saying Thursday that it has added Mark Jensen and Phil Molyneux to the body. Jensen was previously a Partner at Deloitte & Touche, and also sites on the boards of Lattice Semiconductor, Unwired Planet, and other companies. Molyneux is the President and CEO of i.am.plus, the smart watch company founded by Will.i.am, and had previously been Chairman of Sony Electronics.
