Contexo Media Acquired By Maryland Firm

Salt Lake City-based Contexo Media, a provider of medical coding and reimbursement books and software for the medical billing industry, has been acquired by a Maryland firm. According to Rockville, Md.-based Access Intelligence LLC, it has acquired Contexo Media, which will become a new division of the firm. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed, and Access Intelligence did not say how employment at Contexo would be affected by the move. Contexo's products ncludes books, software, newsletters, conferences, and magazines, including Case in Point, a magazine published by its Dorland Health division.
