Configuresoft Swizzles Executive Team

Colorado Springs-based Configuresoft, a developer of systems management software, has swizzled its executive team, saying that Mark Ruport will take over as CEO of the company beginning in July. Ruport has been serving as the company's President and COO since last August. Current CEO and founder Alexander Goldstein will step down from the position, but will remain an active board member. Configuresoft said that the move is part of an effort to expand its role in the enterprise systems management and security market. Ruport has previously served as a President, Chairman, and CEO of Optika, prior to its acquisition by Stellent, and has served as President and CEO of Interleaf.
