Compuware Buys Proxima

Compuware has acquired Denver, Colorado-bsed Proxima Technology in a deal worth approximately $31M. Proxima is a supplier of IT software used for managing service delivery. The firm's software is used by managing SLAs, and IT business service management, along with Six Sigma and other quality improvement efforts. Proxima employs approximately 70 employees in Denver, Australia, and the United Kingdom, and was founded in 1996.
