Community Investors Acquires Compendia

Denver-based Community Investors, Inc., a developer of software-as-a-service for the property management market, said it has acquired California-based Compendia, a developer of community and homeowner web portals run by home builders. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Compendia was founded in 1999 and had been based in Escondido, California.
