CollaborX Acquisition Closes

The acquisition of Colorado Springs, Colorado-based CollaborX has closed, according to California-based Teledyne, the acquiring company. The deal was worth $17.5M. CollaborX is a provider of government engineering services to the U.S. Air Force and other joint military commands. Teledyne said that the CollaborX will now operate under the name Teledyne Brown CollaborX. CollaborX had revenues of $13.6M in its fiscal year ended December 2005.
