CoCreate Appoints COO

Fort Collins, Colorado-based CoCreate Software, a provider of product lifecycle management tools, has named a new Chief Operating Officer. CoCreate said today that it has named Hansjoerg Plaggemars to the position. Plaggemars was previously the company's CFO, where he had served for the last five years. Plaggemars was an advisor to the firm when it was spun off from HP in 2000. CoCreate was recently purchased by HBK Investments L.P. More information »
