Clovis Oncology Raising $170M in Public Offering

Boulder-based Clovis Oncology, has filed to raise another $170M in a public offering, according to a filing by the firm Monday. The biopharmaceuticals firm, which develops anti-cancer drugs, trades on the NASDAQ Global Select Market as CLVS. The firm had its IPO back in 2011.
