Cloud Elements Seeks To Unify Documents, File Services Via API

Are you a software developer overwhelmed by the number of different software APIs required to connect into today's cloud services? Denver, Colorado-based software developer Cloud Elements has launched a new, unified API service which it says helps developers connect to the dozens of cloud-based services out there--including Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, Sky Drive, and Microsoft SharePoint--all through a single application programming interface (API). The startup--led by Mark Geene--said its new Cloud Elements Documents Hub tool is now available and is free to developers with up to five customers, with subscription plans for more starting at $99 a month.
