Cleanroom Sciences Acquired

Phoenix, Arizona-based Cleanroom Sciences, a provider of test, certification, and maintenance services for cleanrooms, has been acquired by Texas-based Applied Mechanical Corporation, the firms said today. Financial terms of the cash deal were not disclosed.
