Circadence Adds John Kelley to Board

Boulder, Colorado-based Circadence Corporation, a developer of WAN optimization and cloud computing software, reported today that it has added John Kelley, former CEO and Chairman of McData, to its board of directors. Kelley is currently CEO and Chairman of Cerescan Imaging. Kelley headed up McData until its acquisition by Brocade in February of 2007. Circadence's products include WAN optimization software, and software for managing physical and virtual machines in cloud computing clusters.
