Ciber Completes Sale Of Federal Division

Greenwood Village, Colorado-based Ciber, the information technology consulting firm, reported today that it has closed on the sale of its federal division. The sale was worth $40M. CIBER had announced the sale of its Federal division to CRGT in January. Ciber said that it is using at least $9M of the proceeds to pay down debt, and it it expects net cash proceeds of $34M from the deal.
