CIBER Acquires Swedish IT Consulting Firm

System integration consultants Ciber Inc. announced Monday that it has acquired Condevor AB, a Swedish SAP consulting firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Ciber said its wholly owned subsidiary, CIBER Sweden AB, will absorb Condevor’s 33 SAP specialists based in Stockholm, Malmo and Gothenburg. As a result of the acquisition, CIBER said its Swedish subsidiary now boasts more than 180 consultants offering clients various information technology implementation and integration services. Founded in 1974, Ciber is headquartered in Greenwood Village, Colo. Worldwide, the company employs some 8,000 people in 18 countries.
