CheckMD Takes On Healthcare

Salt Lake City-based checkMD said today that it has launched a new online social network focused on healthcare and healthcare reform. The firm said it will provide physician and hospital research and ratings, ability to find information about medical issues, and forums focused on healthcare communities. The new company is headed by Jonathan K. Black, who was previously founder of GetProof, which was sold to Healthline Systems.
