ChartLogic Merges With Medsphere Systems
Salt Lake City-based ChartLogic, which develops electronic medical records software, said today that it has merged with Carlsbad, California-based Medsphere Systems. Financial terms of the merger were not announced. According to the companies, ChartLogic will retain its name, and continue to operate as a division of Medsphere. Both companies are in the enterprise healthcare software market.
