Centerline Solutions Buys Cascadia PM

Golden, Colorado-based Centerline Solutions said Wednesday that it has acquired Cascadia PM>, a provider of wireless tower services in the Pacific Northwest. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Both companies provide wireless tower maintenance and related services. Centerline will add an additional 50 employees to the company as part of the buy, and says it now has nearly 300 employees.
