Centerline Solutions Buys UCI Construction Services, Backed By New Funding

Golden, Colorado-based wireless infrastructure developer Centerline Solutions has acquired Florida-based UCI Construction Services, expanding the company's reach in the wireless tower market. Financial terms of the deal were not announced. Centerline said it received an equity investment as part of a recapitalization from Concentric Equity Partners, and also received a new credit facility from Bank of the West's Commercial Banking Group, in order to fund the deal. The deal is the eighth acquisition for Centerline, and adds 45 employees, bringing the company to over 420 employees. Centerline is led by Benjamin Little.
