Carrier Access Acquired By Turin Networks

Petaluma, California-based Turin Networks and Boulder-based Carrier Access Corporation said this morning that Turin Networks will acquire Carrier Access for $92.7M in cash. Carrier Access is a provider of wireless and wired communications network technology, and operates facilities in Boulder and Shanghai, China. The firm's products include wireless backhaul and converged access products.
