Career Step Buys Division of Panacea Healthcare

Lehi, Utah-based Career Step, an online provider of education and professional training aimed at career development in the healthcare sector, has acquired the Revenue Capture and Coding and Documentation Divisions of Panacea Healthcare Solutions. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Career Step is backed by private equity investor Revelstoke Capital Partners, which is based in Denver. Panacea Healthcare Solutions was founded in 2007, and is based in Sr. Paul, Minnesota. Career Step said the acquisition will help expands its educational offerings, plus also help augment its training division and development of its educational products.
