SparkFun Hosts Class on E-textiles and Microcontrollers
    Date: August 22, 2012
    Soft Circuits are Sew Fun

Students in this class will sew together a jar of twinkling LED fireflies, a robot with a LED heart throb or a luminous LED jellyfish. The class begins with an introduction to basic LilyPad circuits, and students can choose one of three patterns to create and embed their circuit into. This project is a great way for beginners to learn the basics of e-textiles and the LilyPad Arduino, since there is no soldering required, and students are able to take home a functioning creation animated with LilyPad LEDs.
