Buzzwire Raises Funding

Denver and Boston-based Buzzwire, a provider of streaming content to mobile phones, said today that it has raised $8M in a Series B financing. The round came from Sequel Venture Partners, along with existing investors Matrix Partners and Spark Capital. According to Buzzwire, Ron Bernal of Sequel joins its board as part of the funding. Buzzwire allows users to stream audio, video, and Internet radio to their mobile phones. More information »
