BuildingDNA Names New CEO

Denver-based BuildingDNA, a developer of software which maps out the interiors of buildings for use by public safety and facility managers, said this morning that it has named Joe Hernandez as CEO of the company. Hernandez was previously at Intrado (now West Safety Services), served at Qwest, and also is an Adjunct Professor at The University of Denver, Daniels School of Business. BuildingDNA says it has a platform which uses live data feeds, sensors, and cameras to provide situational awareness within buildings to first responders.
