BuilderFusion Buys Publishing Firm

Salt Lake City, Utah-based BuilderFusion has acquired a regional publishing firm, adding magazine publishing to its lineup of services for builders associations. BuilderFusion said that it acquired the Parade of Homes division of publisher Bennett Communications. Financial terms were not disclosed. Bennett is the publisher of Utah Valley Magazine, Utah Valley BusinessQ, and Utah Valley Bride. BuilderFusion provides software for builders association, allowing them to track members, manage events, and more in a web-based system.
