BrainStorm Scores $6.4M For Software Training Tools

Salt Lake City-based BrainStorm, a developer of training tools that can be integrated into end user applications, has raised $6.5M in a funding round, the company said this morning. The funding was led by Kickstart Seed Fund, and also included Jeremy Andrus, the former President and CEO of Skullcandy. BrainStorm develops a range of tools and services--ranging from embeddable video clips to short courses and other content--which helps to improve the software skills and usage by employees of large companies.
