bpCentral Targets Mobile Venture Capitalists

Boulder, Colorado-based bpCentral said today that it is targeting venture capital partners with a new, handheld software application for pricing and liquidity analysis. The firm said its software generates deal pricing, and takes into account convertible bridge notes, anti-dilution and liquidation preferences, and IRR. The software runs on Palm Treo 700w, Motorola Q, and HP6500 handhelds.
