BoldTech Systems Acquired By Perficient

Denver, Colorado-based IT consulting firm BoldTech Systems, Inc., has been acquired. Austin, Texas-based Perficient, a publicly traded IT consulting firm, said Friday morning that it has acquired BoldTech in a $20.8M cash and stock deal. Perficient said that it will pay $10.4M in cash, and $10.4M in its common stock, for BoldTech, which provides IT consulting to the Denver and Rocky Mountain region. Perficient said that BoldTech has approximately $20M in annual revenues. BoldTech also maintains offshore consulting operations in China.
