BKM Technology Partners Buys Semiconductor Product Line

Phoenix, Arizona-based BKM Technology Partners, LLC, has purchased a product line from a semiconductor equipment manufacturer, Rudolph Technologies, Inc. Rudolph said today that it sold its lead scanner assets and licensed related intellectual property, to BKM. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The deal comprised of products Rudolph Technologies acquired by RVSI Inspection, LLC. in January. BKM Technology Partners handles management of technology and intellectual property assets.
