BillingPlatform Finds $4M

Englewood, Colorado-based BillingPlatform, a developer of pricing and quoting software, has raised $4M in a Series A funding, the company said on Tuesday. The funding came from Columbia Capital. According to the company, Columbia Capital plans to invest an additional $14M in BillingPlatform over the next 18 months, which would take the round total to $18M. As part of the funding, the company said it has named Dennis Wall as CEO. Wall joined BilingPlatform in January as Chief Revenue Officer; he was previously co-founder of Cloud Sherpas.
