bConnected Acquired By Connextions

Connextions Inc., a business process outsourcing firm, announced Wednesday that it has acquired Boulder, Colorado-based bConnected Software Inc., a developer of applications for the health care industry. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. However, Connextions said bConnected will continue to operate from its current headquarters of Boulder, Colo., as a wholly owned subsidiary of Connextions. Founded in 1992, Connextions is a privately held company based in Orlando, Fla. Connextions is managed by New Mountain Capital, a Manhattan-based private equity firm. bConnected Software was established in 2000.
