Avnet Completes Magirus Buy

Phoenix, Arizona-based Avnet said today that it has completed its acquisition of Magirus Group, a European distributor of computing products. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed, however Magirus has approximately $500M in annual revenues. Magirus distributes IBM and Hewlett Packard products into Europe and Dubai. The deal was originally disclosed in July.
