AppIt Ventures Buys UK App Development Firm

Denver-based software developer AppIt Ventures has acquired another company, saying this morning that it has acquired The App Geeks, a London-based developer of iOS and Android mobile apps. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. AppIt Ventures said the buy will help it better serve clients in Great Britain and throughout Europe. The acquisition is the second for AppIt, which acquired an Indian software company, Bravemount IT Solutions, back in 2015. AppIt Ventures said it purchase all of The App Geeks' customer and employee contracts and create a new company, called AppIt Ventures Limited.
