AppIt Ventures Buys Indian Software Developer

Denver-based AppIt Ventures said Wednesday that it has acquired Bravemount IT Solutions, a Hyderabad, India-based software development shop. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. AppIt Ventures said the deal will help it bolster its capabilities, and grows thecompany to approximately 30 developers and contractors. AppIt Ventures is led by Rob Carpenter.
