Ancestry.com Hits 10 Billion Records
Provo, Utah-based online family history and research site Ancestry.com told its users Thursday that it has now hit more than 10 billion records on the service. Ancestry.com offers up lists of historical records which are used for family history and genealogy projects. The company did not say if that count included records it added in April when it acquired competitor Archives.com.
