Amtech Names President

Tempe, Arizona-based Amtech Systems, a developer of production and automation equipment for the solar and semiconductor industry, said today that it has named Fokko Pentinga as President of the firm. Pentinga was most recently Managing Director of Amtech Europe, and Geleral Manager of Tempress Systems. Pentinga has been at Amtech since 2008. Amtech also said that J.s. Whang will continue on as CEO and Chairman of the firm.
