Altiris Announces Endpoint Management Solution

Salt Lake City, Utah-based Altiris is expanding into endpoint protection, saying that it has a new software solution focused on endpoint security. The new software is part of a strategic relationship with Draper, Utah-based Senforce Technologies. Altiris said that Senforce will provide its Endpoint Security Solution and has integrated its capabilities with the Altiris console. The software allows IT administrators to control network connectivity, wireless communications, and removable storage devices. Senforce announced the latest version of its endpoint security software yesterday.
