Allegiance Gets $12M

Salt Lake City-based Allegiance, the developer of customer and employee feedback software, announced this morning that it has raised $12M in a funding round. The new funding was led by El Dorado Ventures, and also included Rembrandt Venture Partners and Allegis Capital. Allegiance is run by Adam Edmunds, and provides its software-as-a-service to EMC and JetBlue, among others. More information »
