Allegiance to Power Oregon Ethics Hotline

Allegiance Inc., a provider of managed customer loyalty services, revealed Wednesday that a state agency in Oregon has adopted its SilentWhistle utility for reporting ethics violations. Specifically, Allegiance said the Secretary of State's Audit Division will use the phone- and Web-based hotline so Oregon residents and state employees can anonymously and confidentially discuss issues of fraud, waste, theft, harassment or discrimination. The financial impact of the service contract was not reported. Allegiance is a privately owned company headquartered in South Jordan, Utah. Its flagship product is the Allegiance Engage Platform, a Web- and phone-based enterprise feedback management system.
