Allegiance Raises $7.15M

South Jordan, Utah-based Allegiance, which develops web-based feedback management software, has scored $7.15M as part of an ongoing, $8.65M funding round, according to a regulatory filing by the firm. Details on the funding have not yet been announced by the company. Allegiance has previously raised funding from Allegis Capital, TPP Capital Advisors and Nippon Venture Capital. More information »
