Allegiance Bolsters Board With Oracle VP

Salt Lake City-based Allegiance, a publisher of customer feedback management software, reported Tuesday that it has added David Boyce to its board of directors. Boyce, the firm said, is currently vice president of strategy for Oracle’s retail business unit. As such, Allegiance noted, he will provide the board with insight into enterprise software strategy, company building and software development for the retail sector. Prior to Oracle, Allegiance said, Boyce worked as an executive for ProfitLogic, helping that company grow until its 2005 sale to Oracle. He began his career in strategy consulting with the Monitor Group.
