Adduco Media Buys Spread Effect

Lehi, Utah-based Adduco Media, a provider of performance marketing services, said this week that it has acquired Spread Effect, a provider of content marketing and SEO/SEM services. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Spread Effect was based in San Diego, California, where it will remain.
