ACULIS Hires EVP

ACULIS Inc., a provider of custom software development and information technology consulting services, reported Tuesday that it has hired Hal Widlansky as executive vice president. ACULIS described Widlansky as an industry veteran with more than a decade of experience consulting for leading technology firms. ACULIS said Widlansky joins the company from SonoSite. Prior to that, ACULIS said he was president and chief executive officer of SonoMetric, which SonoSite later acquired. Widlansky has also held senior management positions for Ticketmaster-Citysearch, Cogic Corp. and Hersch & Co., ACULIS noted. ACULIS is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah.
