AbilityCRM Acquired By Business & Decision

Scottsdale-based AbilityCRM, a developer of customer relationship management software, has been acquired by fellow Scottsdale firm Business & Decision, a provider of consulting and system integration services, the firms said earlier this week. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. AbilityCRM was founded in 1998.
