Abacus Appoints VP Finance

Lafayette-based Abacus, a provider of marketing data and data services, said Tuesday that it has named Phil Hoey as Senior Vice President of Finance. Hoey will lead the firm's financial planning and oversee all financial functions. Hoey was most recently at Time Warner, and has also served at General Electric and NBC News. Abacus is a division of DoubleClick.
