Wilson Electronics Adds Battery Accessory

St. George, Utah-based Wilson Electronics, which manufactures cell signal boosters, said today that it has launched a new product. The firm said it has added a new, battery pack accessory which makes two of its popular products more portable. The battery packs--which use four standard AAA batteries--will power its Sleek signal booster for two hours in talk, six hours in standby. The pack also works with its MobilePro signal booster. Those devices normally are powered from car adapters, but the firm said the addition of the battery support will help people who do not have those power sources available. WIlson's products are used to provide cell phone connectivity in areas with poor or nearly nonexistent cell coverage.
