Wi5Connect Splits Into Two Companies

Provo, Utah-based Wi5Connect, a provider of online software for operating social networking communities, said Monday that the firm has split the company into two new entities. According to Wi5Connect, it will split into Wi5Connect, which will be headed by President and CEO Matthew Bowman, and a new organization, Relevate Logic, which will be headed by Laurie Lohner. According to the firm, Wi5Connect will be seeking major funding, and Relevate Logic will focus on customization of the firm's software for customers. Lohner was the founder and CEO of Wi5Connect.
