WhiteCanyon's WipeDrive Lands NATO Approval

American Fork, Utah-based WhiteCanyon Software, which develops WipeDrive, a data erasing tool for hard drives, says it has landed NATO approval for use by the government and other organizations. WipeDrive said its WipeDrive Enterprise product was approved by the NATO Communications and Information Agency. The company's software is used to ensure that storage media is completely wiped out before disposal. The company says its software supports hard drives, servers, RAID arrays, solid-state drives (SSDs), and mobile devices.
