Webroot Rolls Out Updated Security Software

Broomfield, Colorado-based Webroot has rolled out a new update to its Webroot SecureAnywhere product, saying this week that it has focused on such areas as blocking webcam malware exploits, "ransomware", and other areas with its latest release. The company also said it has added a new, 10-license "family pack" to address the growing number of devices in households. Webroot's SecureAnywhere software is aimed at consumers, and combines antivirus, Internet security, mobile security tools for iOS and Android, and more.
