Webroot Invests In Sonian

Boulder-based security software provider Webroot is one of the strategic investors in Massachusetts-based Sonian, a developer of cloud archiving services. According to Sonian, it received $9M in a Series B funding from strategic investors Webroot and Amazon, with participation of its existing backers Summerhill Venture Partners and Prism VentureWorks.
